1) What is the main story on the front cover of the Times CSP edition and why does it appeal to Times readers?

It is about the post office fujitsu scandal and it appeals to readers as some may have been affected


2) How is the presentation of this story different to how the Daily Mirror presents it? 

It is different as they present the CEO as a villain who does nothing more than steal money and blame her employees. There are also more photos as opposed to a more sophisticated paper such as the times.


3) How is the Times front page designed to reflect broadsheet newspaper conventions?

The times front has a formal masthead structured columns and serious headlines

4) How can you tell the inside pages of the Times are a broadsheet newspaper? 

Little to no pictures and mostly words in high detail

5) What does a close analysis of the news stories in the Times CSP edition suggest about the Times's political beliefs?



It would show that they are pro coservative as they steer the blame away from them like the mirror did

Representations

1) How does the Times represent the Post Office workers and Fujitsu in the CSP pages?

They represent them as evil big corporation that  will lie to make sure they maintain good reputation 

2) What representation of the Conservative Party can be found in the CSP pages of the Times?

They are presented as not caring about the population and just keeping power


3) Consider the subheading about Vennells "Vennells faces call..." - How does this newspaper present her involvement in this story? 

as SOMEONE WHO WAS HEAVILY INVOLVED AND IS A PART OF THE OPPOSITION

4) What representation of Fujitsu can be found in the CSP pages of the Times? What does The Times journalist think of Fujitsu and Horizon's role in this scandal? 

IT REPRESENTS FUJITSU AS A HORRIBLE EVIL COMPANY WHO ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND REPUTATION AND WILL REFUSE TO HOLD ACCOUNTABILITY

5) What opinion would Times readers be likely to have about Vennells, the Post Office workers and Fujitsu from reading these pages?


THEY WOULD LIKELY DISLIKE VENNELS AND FUJITSU AS THEY ARE TO BLAME FOR MANY PEOPLE LOOSING THEIR JOBS AND THE READERS WILL SUPPORT THE OLD EMPLOYYES AS THEY ARE VICTIMS IN THIS CASE
