Camerawork, editing and sound: There was lots of non diagetic audio and close ups which help set the mood of each scene and the close ups show emotions of each characters
Mise-en-scene: The costumes show the type of character they are for example the 2 girls lyra and will meet have clean clotheswhile lyra has dirty clothes
Narrative and genre: There are heavy themes of fantasy such as the talking animals and witches
